All Artwork MUST be imposed according to ACDC specifications, which can either be emailed, faxed or mailed out to you. You can also download these art specs direct from this site as Adobe PDF files. Any Changes that need to be made to your artwork will be charged out at $100 per hour + GST. Minimum charge half an hour.
Artwork MUST be supplied either as final film separations with chemical or digital proofs, or as finished art in a supported software program (see below) on either 100 Mb Zip disc or CD-R with accompanying laser printouts.
Film for paper parts MUST be NEGATIVE, RIGHT READING, EMULSION DOWN at 150 lines per inch. (see film requirements on art spec sheets)
All full colour images MUST be saved in CMYK mode (NOT RGB), and must be saved as TIFF or EPS files (JPG format is not suitable). Image resolution MUST be a minimum of 300 pixels per inch (also referred to as dots per inch) at actual print size.
All Spot colours must be nominated Pantone (PMS) colours.
All fonts used MUST be supplied. For Mac, please supply both the screen and postscript versions of the font. For PC, truetype (.ttf) fonts are best.
All artwork should include at least 3 mm bleed all round (unless stated on specifications), with all trim and fold lines shown in 'registration black'.
All Artwork or film MUST be imposed according to ACDC specifications. Disc film is to be output POSITIVE, RIGHT READING, EMULSION UP at 133 lines per inch, (or 266 pixels/dots per inch). See art spec sheet.
Disc printing is silk screened, not offset printed, so Pantone, spot colours must be nominated. Full Colour (CMYK) discs will incur a loading
Disc art is to have NO bleed or keylines, with the 'stacking ring' and middle 'hole' reversed out of the art, and placed exactly as per spec sheet.

Disc artwork must be millimetre perfect, so contact us and we can email you a template in Quark Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand or Pagemaker.
